Enter #0009 — the screen stays blank while you type, but it's working. Head down the hallway past the bathrooms, past the front doors, and find us in the Spa Section of Sola Salons. Running late? Text your provider right away. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may need to be rescheduled so we can stay on time for everyone. No word from you = marked as a no-show and charged. Cancellations & Reschedules • Within 48 hours — 50% of your booked services • Within 24 hours, same-day, or no-show — 100% of your booked services Both fees and deposits are non-refundable and can't be applied to a future visit.
