By booking any appointment with The Jax Wax Babes, all guests agree to our policies including our No Show, Rescheduling, Cancellation policies. Late Policy Any client that is more than 5 minutes late to an appointment may need to reschedule. Please communicate with your service provider if you are running behind. Unless we hear from you, you will be marked as a No-Show and charged for your appointment if we do not hear from you. Reschedules, Cancellations, and No-Shows Within 48 Hours All appointments that are rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours will be charge 50% of the total services booked as a non-refundable fee and cannot be applied to any future services. Within 24 hours and same day: All appointments that are rescheduled, canceled, or No-Shows will be charged 100% of the total services booked as a non-refundable fee to the card held on file and cannot be applied to any future services. Card on File We require a card on file for all appointments booked, no exceptions. If you No-Show or Cancle or reschedule within the 48 hour window and your card is declined, you will be owe your fee at your next appointment.
