WELCOME + POLICIES (PLEASE READ) By booking any appointment with The Jax Wax Babes, you confirm you’ve read and agree to our policies, including our No-Show, Late, Reschedule, and Cancellation policies. ✨ How to Enter the Building Please enter from the back of the building near our parking lot. You’ll see double doors with a call box beside them. • Enter code #0009 • Heads up: the screen won’t show what you’re typing — it is working • Walk down the hallway past the bathrooms, continue past the front doors • We’re located in the Spa Section of Sola Salons ✨ Late Policy If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to stay on time for the rest of the day. • If you’re running behind, text your service provider ASAP • If we don’t hear from you, you may be marked as a No-Show and charged accordingly ⸻ Reschedules, Cancellations, and No-Shows ✨ Within 48 Hours Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours are charged 50% of the total services booked. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services. ✨Within 24 Hours / Same-Day / No-Show Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or No-Shows, are charged 100% of the total services booked. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services. ⸻ ✨Card on File (Required) A card on file is required for all appointments—no exceptions. If a late-cancel/no-show fee applies and the card is declined, the balance will be due at your next appointment before services can be performed.
